WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in the heart of Lincoln on Nebraska Innovation Campus, The Scarlet Hotel offers a prime setting just minutes from downtown and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Our address is 2101 Transformation Drive.

HOW CAN I GET TO THE SCARLET FROM THE AIRPORT?
The Scarlet Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service available until 10:00 PM—just give us a call upon arrival, and we’ll be happy to arrange your pickup. We are conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from Lincoln Airport, and can also be easily reached by car, taxi, or rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, based on availability, and may incur a small fee.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be requested, is subject to availability, and may also include a small fee.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Absolutely, parking is available on campus and is managed by the Nebraska Innovation Campus. Self-parking is offered for $20 per day in the north parking lot located behind the hotel entrance, and valet parking is available for $22 per day.

CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC VEHICLE?
Certainly, electric vehicle charging stations are available on Nebraska Innovation Campus, located less than a block from the hotel entrance.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your reservation at no charge until 11:59 PM local hotel time, two days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a fee.
Please note that cancellation policies can vary by rate and reservation type. We recommend reviewing your confirmation email for the most accurate details, as each rate plan may have its own specific terms.

IS THE SCARLET PET FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! Furry family members are welcome at The Scarlet. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay (up to 5 days) applies for up to 2 pets per room, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs per pet.

ARE THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES?
Absolutely, daily housekeeping is provided to ensure your room stays clean and comfortable throughout your stay.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE?

Wi-Fi is complimentary for Marriott Bonvoy members. Our team will be happy to enroll you at check-in, or you can sign up when making your reservation to lock in your member perks.

Guests can also enjoy 24/7 grab-and-go snacks and quick bites conveniently located next to the coffee shop.
