  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

    We are located in the heart of Lincoln on Nebraska Innovation Campus, The Scarlet Hotel offers a prime setting just minutes from downtown and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Our address is 2101 Transformation Drive.

  • HOW CAN I GET TO THE SCARLET FROM THE AIRPORT?

    The Scarlet Hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from Lincoln Airport. Guests can easily reach the hotel by car, taxi, or rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. We also offer a complimentary hotel shuttle, available until 10:00 PM. Simply call the hotel upon arrival, and we’ll be happy to arrange your pickup.

  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

    Check-in: 4:00 pm

    Check-out: 11:00 am

  • IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

    Yes, self-parking is available for $20 per day in the north parking lot located behind the hotel entrance. Valet parking is also available for $22 per day.

  • CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC VEHICLE?

    Yes, electric vehicle charging stations are available on Nebraska Innovation Campus, located less than a block from the hotel entrance.

  • WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

    You may cancel your reservation at no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time two days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee.

    If you have prepaid, all or part of your prepayment may be retained. If not, your credit card will be charged a fee equal to the room rate plus tax for all nights of your reservation.

  • CAN I BRING MY DOG?

    Yes! The Scarlet Hotel welcomes pets.

    • Pet Fee: $75 per stay (non-refundable)
    • Maximum Pet Weight: 50 lbs
    • Maximun Pets In Room: 1
  • ARE THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES?

    Yes, daily housekeeping is provided to ensure your room stays clean and comfortable throughout your stay.

  • CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE?

    Yes, luggage storage is available for your convenience. Please contact the front desk at 531-300-6300, and our team will be happy to assist you.

  • DO YOU OFFER FREE WIFI?

    Yes, Marriott Bonvoy members receive complimentary in-room Internet access when they book direct. Sign up for Marriott Bonvoy for free as you complete your Hotel booking. The Scarlet has paid in-room Wi-Fi available to all non-member hotel guests.

  • IS THERE AN ON-SITE FITNESS CENTER?

    Yes, The Scarlet Hotel features a fully equipped fitness center, along with a dedicated yoga room for stretching, movement, and relaxation.

  • IS THERE A POOL?

    The Scarlet Hotel does not have a pool on property.

  • WHAT DINING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON-SITE?

    Guests can enjoy a variety of on-site dining experiences at The Scarlet Hotel. From locally inspired dishes at Well & Good on the first floor, to craft cocktails and rooftop views at Barred Owl on the 6th floor, to quick bites and coffee at Good Life Coffee Shop located in the lobby, there’s something for every mood and moment. Guests can also enjoy 24/7 grab-and-go snacks and quick bites conveniently located next to the coffee shop.

    Bar Hours: Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM  |  Friday – Saturday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • WHEN IS THE COFFEE SHOP OPEN?

    Good Life Coffee Shop

    Hours: Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM  |  Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • IS ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE?

    Room service is not available at The Scarlet Hotel. However, guests can enjoy a variety of on-site dining options, including Well & Good, The Barred Owl rooftop bar, The Good Life Coffee Shop, and 24/7 grab-and-go snacks located in the lobby.
